I think in the next 2 decades,
eventually to reach full automation...
then, same method can be used in different planets.
not just Mars.
but initially, people will be needed...
if you think about it,
the methods are simple enough to be automated by programming and A.I,
if the vector/destination points are identified correctly,
and there is less adaptation factor by pre-design,
(having thought of what to create prior)
then it is more collection, transport, shaping and welding....
