Electro current stimulation on muscles. It will help promote growth, and lessen the fat.
And to apply this on the entirety of the body.

Imagine a half a box for the human body to enter. (Much like a casket, sure)
On the top half, is the mechanism, much like the greenscreen pillars, but upside down.
(Like the 2.5D printer by press I suggested some time ago)

And at the end of each of these *electrodes will be the feature to stimulate the muscle.
The person will have to turn flat on their back or the front, but the *electrodes will adjust
to their volume.

The control system can scan the body volume and descend the electrodes accordingly.
Or can be manual by touchscreen, adjusting the level of descend.

Current has to be fixed of course, for safety.

But I hear it works, this electric current stimulation.
