balloon loop setup can technically

become an elevator

to reach high areas fast,

in safety as well mr Musk.

 

although, once reaching

the balloon, the elevator

will need to go around

it to reach the next, etc.

reminds me of the space elevator

i suggested long ago.

 

though those were turbines,

and we ended up rejecting it

because earth's gravity was
