If no danger with plastic tube thing,

A printer specifically designed for this,

can recycle any type of plastic.

And mechanically i'm sure it's simple

enough for people to put together,

with another element, (sponge?)

inside it.

 

The idea is, make it yourself.

Whatever it is.

 

If it's a consumable product about hygiene,

about absorbing period/blood.

 

then.... why should people waste so much

money monthly on these things.

 

Make a whole supply for oneself and many others

to have.
