I spent my entire life trying to get away from abusive people.

Something light, something that can be forgotten.

 

 

 

 

It was help I needed at difficult moments.

 

And I have been helped, to an extent.

 

The rest have been left as observation, if not amusement.

 

At my expense.

 

 

 

I will keep my end of the bargain.
