It's too resource intensive, overwhelming.

 

 

It is just better to create a floating platform instead over the oceans,

 

 

but self-adjusting to the height (which would be 30 meters).

 

 

This can only work if if in combination with the flying car,

 

 

if to park and recharge. And if surface area is big enough.

 

 

To that, I would say... My interlocking wood and adding a layer of metal around it,

 

 

while adjustable/adaptable features by height with chains, would be the way to go...

 

 

 

As for the cylindrical pillars, that can still be used to build an isolated city,

 

or a single building. Not to create series of bridges.

 

For soverignity as sea platform, or shallower surfaces, as cities standing on a

platform.
