Watching Mr Musk's relays...

Two ideas trigger, (actually, the concrete flooring I had thought before, adding to it)

On the road of pompeii.....

This is probably not so plausible, but maybe you can insert more sense into it Mr Musk:

Say, at the very bottom layer are bricks. Designed to bind with the liquid cement, by having hollow spaces and poles (be it sideways) for the cement to latch onto.

Then on top of this interlocked bricks (before pouring cement) are certain wireframes.
Wireframes that serves two purpose: 1. To convert heat coming into the cement into energy.
2. To bind itself to the cement providing more structural stability.

So then above the wireframe, which would be patterns of grid of somekind, would be the cement that would be binded with the wireframe. The cement would be painted with "vantablack" in order to receive more heat during the summer.

Then on top of that, would be... Resin. In order to protect the vehicle tires from the cement from melting.

So then, what would be the goal of this. If the wireframes can selectively use the energy to heat itself, it can heat up the area of the cement, and therefore the resin on top of it,
of which in very high concentrated temperatures, (not summer heat) the resin will soften up
and heal itself from any irregular patterns (detected by the sensors, which would be another device)

A self-healing, more stable road. But I have no idea if that is plausible. Or if it is practicle. Depends entirely on the material. Probably not that great an idea.

Second, on the girls growing up having no access to feminine hygiene products. I don't know exactly how that works but if one can provide the means of production (like a textile printer, specifically designed to weave strings or from recycled materials, clothing, to 'print' it out) with common, very cheap materials required as ingredients. One machine can help many. Instead relying on people who are making these consumable products as a startup.

Just a passing thought. Right now collecting references. It's going to take a while, aiming several hundred gigabytes. Then refine, rinse and repeat.
