I am seeing a Youtube video that is labeled,

"when you are too broke to pay".

 

I am unsure what bills to pay to the C.I facility.

 

But please contact me if there are further amounts.

 

I truly apologize for all this inconvenience.

I understand there was extra maintenance regarding all this.

 

I will pay for whatever amount later on.

 

It is just that I am in this situation,

and I hope I will be contacted as soon as possible.

 

But I believe that people want something from me,

before then, and I am trying to deliver this.

 

Technically, this being in captive situation,

should not be an option. Once people recognize that

I am in this situation, they should do all that

they can to contact me.
