Housing prices are too high in the city and surrounding it.

 

People need to spread out, but they fear emergencies...

 

 

A small hospital, grocery, hardware store should be

spread out in remote regions for a chance for

people to build by themselves.

 

 

Inconveniences does not outweigh the benefits.

 

But especially in this digital information age,

and all the technology there for self-sustenance.

 

 

Sure, job prospects. But even by commute,

or as a secondary home until transitioning into

full self-sustenance....

 

It's worth the investment.

 

 

Which isn't for everyone, but many would also benefit...
