The fact that this Meta team, just relayed me to another team.

 

Instead going through with the refund themselves,

 

or continuing with the investigation.

 

That has a lot to do with disagreements and abuse.

 

They just do not wish to help, and would rather delay.

 

 

 

Authorities need to look into this.

 

 

 

This is their response, nearly an automated message

from two separate people,

 

and this is after they personally asked me about the transaction IDs

more recently, upon my complaining there is no refund.

 

And written to me personally on how the investigation is on-going.
