if at the micro or nanoscopic scale,

 

the robotic threads can hold scissors,

or placement tools mechanical

components

 

 

but not something more sophisticated,

such as a camera/imaging....

 

 

then maybe a type of ultrasound/sonar

or some imaging tool initiated by

outside in use with what the threads emit,

 

may help navigate through the brain better.

 

if it's plausible.

 

but the experts will know what is better possible....

 

just a suggestion.

 

 

 

applications will be many.

 

i am aiming for.... gene therapy,

if direct interaction with the brain

is more advantageous in this.

 

i mean lengthening telomeres.
