I don't need much space, but I think about the resale value.

And usually from what i've read it is hard to resell 1 bedroom apartments. Value is at 3bed/2ba.

They are all harbourfront. Which is a desirable location....

If you will send me the money I will buy exactly this, and live on remaining amount, so you will need to 'round it up'.

If you are purchasing it and leaving it on rental, so I can move in with an agreement from an agent, that too is possible.
