I've narrowed it down to 3 choices.
I don't need much space, but I think about the resale value.
And usually from what i've read it is hard to resell 1 bedroom apartments. Value is at 3bed/2ba.
They are all harbourfront. Which is a desirable location....

If you will send me the money I will buy exactly this, and live on remaining amount, so you will need to 'round it up'.
If you are purchasing it and leaving it on rental, so I can move in with an agreement from an agent, that too is possible.
Here are the choices:
600K (1bed + 1bath) 600~ sqft
1M (2 + 1 beds + 2 baths) 1400~ sqft
2.23M (2 beds + 3 baths) 2000~ sqft
I will probably need extra 500k on top of the purchase of the apartment...
