Mr Musk, as we mentioned before,

the real current danger of generative textual A.I

is in its massive database and understanding of knowledge ---

that people can immediately exploit to trigger

creation of bio-related weaponry.

It's just matter of asking the right questions,
getting the equipment, and the materials.

That's my guess.

And none of that is restricted.

If everyone becomes an expert at these things..........

Terminator scenario is far off, and my idea on the tracking missiles from orbit
and deployment of drones/automated machines can somewhat easily counter
if there begins a number of A.I that grows.

But.........

Well, i guess it still needs deepened education to lab-create viruses

that's resistent to current repository of variety of vaccines.....

but it is also probable,

it needs not be lab-accurate to create something new.

so these things, these particular areas must be restricted from A.I.

and the equipment sales as well.

only to the authorized.
