then use this to feed whatever it can feed, (insects)

then move up to feed the livestocks next with what was fed,

then livestocks to people.

 

then combined with fish breeding program, and canning

fish.

 

correct educational, and labour exchange...

CNC machining to create housing...

 

then lure of free food and shelter....

well, not entirely free, that must be thought of.

 

point is. Abundance. becomes the lure to bring

people into the country(s).  Hopefully.
