a distance of 150km or so.

 

can a 'zipline' (powerline) exist between the two,

and using the line,

have zipline vehicles.

 

 

because the towers are not only a relay point for supplies.

 

it is a relay point for safe transfer of people,

 

from one nation to another. refugees.

 

 

sea platform is the HQ that deals with this.

so not necessarily refugees.

 

just faster, more convenient transport,

aside from using the ships as way to transport people.

 

20 miles per hour vs maybe 60 miles an hour.

and in-between are the towers.

 

 

possible because, cost-effective.

 

they're power lines....

 

 

 

 

a ship to drag the powerline,  

 

using floating points(elastic) to keep the line on water as it transfers...
