I am reading Jessica's relay on Steve's medication/drugs

that forces him to target a person, and apply harm.

That's not how it works. Every action he made,

he made so consciously. And in significant duration.

Theft, slander, defamation, repeats, over and over again,

in duration of over year and half.

Each of this category was in the duration of at least

6 months to a year.

He had every conscious choice to stop.

One cannot be completely drugged,

one cannot be absent from conscious decisions,

and lack of awareness of harm, when I am clearly stating it so.

So, if ANYONE is giving him an excuse to get away

based on his 'illness'.

Understand that this is a highly shady character,

who already calculated his escape DEPENDING on that

condition.

But by duration, effects of drugs as influence of malice,

is at best, a subconscious reaction that is made SPONTANEOUSLY.

(1)

NOT a conscious decision that goes on in written words

with conjectured but impressionistic reasoning designed

to persuade by slander and defamation, and greed.

Over SIGNIFICANT duration in its repeat.

While FULLY aware of the harm this is presenting,

as it READS reactions from everyone, and interacting,

observing, not out of spontaneity, but textual,

engaging even on intellectual discussion of life values.

While proceeding with the harm.

(2)

Further the confession as well. On why the motive.

Confession was given. And yet this is dismissed?

(3)

To dismiss above facts is to deliberately allow this

to get away with intended, calculated harm.

It doesn't matter this guy suddenly comes up

with certain appearance or behavior that supports

his defense as Jessica's relay on someone with messed up

hair or clothing indicates.

Within all those duration, did he have a job?

Did he go to this job and earned money?

Did this job followed instructions that required

at least certain amount of reasoning?

People. You don't just let this go based on

pre-meditated defense which is obviously false.

He belongs in jail for a very, very long time.
