On the first device I ordered from you. You gave me a refund prior to me shipping it back. I thought this was a way of apology for misleading advertisement.

You had listed all these additional items on the product photos, only to send me a badly worn out device. I had ask the Amazon service center here, if I can keep it,

if you had sent the refund prior to getting the item back. The service said. Yes. And by this time, I was certain you had read the message/dialogue that went with the service by chat.

Your response, in excuse to your misleading ad was that, the item is stand-alone, it is self-dependent, so it doesn't need additional items. That is  your personal reasoning. Buyers buy

what is on the ad. Expecting that is the value of what they're getting. In whichever case, if you want the device back, I will use the Amazon shipping label to return it back.

Do you want it?
