On the Alphasmart Dana, (the writing device

valued at 89.99 USD at Amazon)

Asked the service if giving me the refund

prior to shipping it back, means I can keep the device.

And they said yes.

And so I am.

They misled with product photos having a

charger, instruction manual, CDs, carrying case.

And it looked nearly new.

And all I received was the device, a different one than

what I ordered. (Wireless)

badly worn out. Without any of those items.

I guess they sent the refund as a way of apology.

After this they changed the ads.

Tried ordering again non-wireless,

but again, was sent wireless. But this time,

I retracted the refund.

If they want it back, I can send it back.

Reading Mr Weill's relay.

But that is what I got of it.

Their excuse for putting that false ad up,

was that there is no need for these additional items,

when the device is self-dependent.

So why not list that as the ad itself?

But speculations aside, I will ask them directly.

Of which I have, to the service, but asking them the sellers

this time.

If they want it back, ok.
