he went through measures to protect himself.

 

And so with everyone else.

 

 

 

 I can protect myself to an extent with money---, my lifestyle,

devices I choose to have, (bathroom for instance,

is not my bathroom) and began caring for my sanity.

 

At least to a bearable minimum.

 

I can live in an apartment, I can have food delivered,

instead going out so often, etc.
