As I mentioned before,

motor is an option for the ships,

but powered by the turbine from the friction of the water.

It will need time to charge again

and will rotate its role with the sails,

and will be slower travel overall.

But why not?

Leave the speedy travel to metal ships

of which I designed previously.

That has more safety features built in

with interlocking buoyancy cubes

and can be built on water.

It can also use the self-welding feature

as shown on the water-sealing cubes...

If it's about ship building regulation,

well, that should become more flexible

provided it has more safety.....
