If his ultimate intent is good, that is why you're not

punishing him. His repeated abuse must have a trade-off,

a penalty. Don't you think?

was about 2.5 million (a house).

 

Which I brought it down to 250k, (a studio apartment).

 

My deal is that he sends that 2.5 million to me.

The one that he initially accepted.

 

2.5 million in CAD is fine.
