If to make the EV helicopters,

it should about its lifting power.

 

Both the ships and lasers can benefit.

 

So most likely it will be about its size.

Make it gigantic.

 

Should have features of a drone,

driving itself. Pilot optional.

 

Design it based on two purpose.

For the ships.

For the effect of laser on greenhouse gases.

 

But only after confirmation of effect of laser on

changing the chemical state of gas molecules,

and if it's even possible to affect it from the atmosphere.

 

So it would be simpler than usual helicopters

designed for quick maneuver, and speed.

Though higher power may mean higher speed.
