Targeting and free speech two different things.

Aiming harm, propaganda, has nothing to with free speech.

But especially when that person says he is not,

and this person continues. Are you saying Steve was let go?!

 

This also follows conviction from many other areas.

Intention of harm was clear. The person should not even be there.
