Oh reading back on what I wrote last night, on the cubes,

it may sound a bit confusing. Sorry, I was very tired.

The idea is simple.

First, the very bottom cubes will be made out of cement.

It will be on contact with the ocean floor, and sealed

of its gaps with cement.

They will be placed side-by-side, until a large

surface area is designated.

Then, on top of these cement cubes,

metal cubes will be slid on top of it.

Secured with the valve system.

The valve system will need to be improved,

to be interlocked between cubes.

This will create structural stability against

underwater current.

Then, once all the cubes are stacked up to the

surface of the water,

A welding machine will be lowered following the

pathways. By assists of gears.

It will weld the gaps between the cubes,

so no water will be able to penetrate.

Once all is sealed, there will be draining of the water

from the top.

When the giant hollow surface area is revealed,

from there, a 'city' can be built.

Using giant CNC machines, metals, as the structure.

Water pressure will be calculated. Glass panels will withstand this pressure.

Oxygen will be sent from the top. Elevators will be present.
