I'm guessing USA is making it so that these people are let go.

 

This is corruption.

 

Endless times, they cycle things around so that it works to

their advantage, despite the obvious intent of harm.

 

The law doesn't seem to revolve around sense of right and wrong,

but exists so that people who take advantage of the loophole,

some technicality. Be it how unreasonable it may be.
