Houses need not be small or ugly.
Aesthetically more pleasing, or desirable.
Virtually, not that much difference in materials
as the inner base is made of cheaper.
It is the outside that is the add-on that
create the aesthetic value so....
Realism (familiar environment)
then Inspired architecture (all the cities from the past and present)
this is one way to bring people into the country,
and to make sense of using the giant space that is in existence.
I suggest it because, as long as there is enough raw resource,
the sky's the limit.
Is it allowed? Well, if it's different enough. But retaining the 'magic'
of that environment in other countries. (Their major cities)
It's not like they'll wage war because the city is inspired by theirs? xD
They can do the same. But money/capability is the privilege here.
And the past as well, to bring back cities from Renaissance, or from olden days,
from environment that resembles it.
Culture is what is defined by the people. So there is no loss of cultural identity.
And there will be practicality before the familiarity. Districts created for productivity.
But for others to adjust into a familiar environment as a starting point....
Something to think about.
Haha, maybe a bit too far fetched an idea. Trying to think about the cultural identification
on such a project. Will the nation's cultural identity be absorbed by the design,
or will these be thought of as an additional support to the source....?
Depends on the source/sources.
I believe that with machines, it is possible to build any type of designs quite fast....
But if to suggest a transference of designs from other countries...
But then there are plenty ways to bring other designs. No need to be transferred.
