well.... it's hard to know unless simulation

but i think you can create it that way w/ fixed positioning

instead letting it drop upon impact.

 

deliberate angle distortion, so the energy is isolated....

 

 

Maybe if you transfer the energy to a single focal point.

This would isolate the energy from the impact.

 

In this diagram, only the pointy (red) potions connect

to the front and middle compartment. It will still

hold connectivity to other structures, but the focal

points will be the point of impact.

 

Blue represents shield.

 

If pointy = red,

tip of the pyramid = point of transfer of impact.

 

If it is strong enough, it will disperse the energy

along with the front compartment material, separating across the surface area

that spreads out from the tip.

 

Imagine a octahedron, or other shapes with pointy end,

but no hollow space (or minimal) casted and compressed.

 

But I think the other end of the octahedron,

where it connects to the middle compartment,

needs to be a little flat, no wait. pointy is good.

though the middle compartment needs to be shielded

from it as well. probably....

 

try running a simulation. cast it in metal, basic

elements, and have something run into it.

it'll work........ i think...
