Of course, in relation to what my sister's husband said in the car,

and knowing my mom's condition,

this most likely should be charged as pre-meditated murder.

 

Indirect abuse counts as well. My mother was susceptible to blood pressure,

with a brain aneurysm. If her blood pressure rises, it was bound to burst.

 

We were to survive until the next surgery.

Something had happened during those times,

 

and the husband, 'knew this was going to happen'

said on the same day, i believe just after the dry ice and we were back in the car.

 

along with my sister's abuse, he supported behind her back,

as you see now. They planned it together, every step of the way.
