I've seen a clip on Youtube

someone talking about "what is boundaries"

 

If this is the authority, police department

at the North York saying this as a way to

defend their actions. (Not addressing these people

who are targeting me)

 

You are playing mind games with the public.

 

There is a clear difference between opinion

and slander/defamation/targeting.

 

But especially if this person has already

admitted to his/her intent of harm but

cannot control themselves from repeating.

 

You are responsible in apprehending them

when they have been convicted. And continues

to stalk, continues to target.

 

Their previous crime has been identified.

 

So please do not play these mind games

convoluting these intent of harm

questioning what is boundaries if you are.
