i will not press charges. this doesn't mean he should be allowed to continue.

 

if you the authority say nothing, no warning, no sanctions,

no trade, (as in telling him to give me some support)

 

as a way for apology,

 

 

then you are finding this situation and his actions humorous,

you are part of it.
