There's a slang in Korea.

"Hogu". It translates to = "pushover".

 

I am a target in the channel,

and you people allow my existence as a pushover.

 

You people allow targeting,

you people continue to allow harassment to manifest,

 

BECAUSE you choose not to incarcerate

the people who were already convicted.

 

 

Either you are looking for a loophole,

deliberately dragging time,

to diminish, let them go, or to antagonize me,

 

OR you are deliberately getting on my nerves

to distract me.

 

 

I don't know. Whether this is an awareness,

or hidden under 'silent observation' aware of

the harm that continues,

 

the fact is clear:

 

 

 

it is repeating.

 

and it is allowed to this duration.

 

 

 

And you are not getting away with this.

 

Whoever you are. There is something happening here.

 

It should not have persisted for this long.
