i'm not entirely sure what the metaphor means,

however,

 

if it means i was a target -

 

i became a target by many, more than there should have been,

because i wasn't in the channel.

 

in the beginning, but especially during the times when i contacted the police,

they should have been straight-forward, give me link to the channel.
