I can't remember if there was a logical reason to let the

2 officers go, or I decided to just forgive them.

 

But I look back now, whatever that logic was, it must be flawed.

And forgiveness only works, when harm doesn't repeat.

But repeat there was, from tenants from a single household.

 

And despite the evident harm, it was allowed repeat of harm,

to impossible duration. Enough of time to correctly assume the

department/people there on charge, their intent.

 

And the duration of that neglect, the repeated dismissal

of my request to help, allowing repeated harm,

with what is seemingly very unreasonable

and elementary reasons (judging by the relays).

 

Suggest that all the people there working in that department,

most likely was delivering passive way to encourage harm

making me a target.
