can the sphere move without the inner mechanism

stopping with a weighed focal point,

forcing the sphere to move itself, its

inertia changing by the internal force

(structually connected whole) itself?

 

can it push itself internally i mean.

if say the entire sphere is

connected to inner ring from it's

most outer inner surface,

and said ring is to move, the attached

sphere itself is to move as well?
