the speed and force will be limited by

the weight of the sphere,

and the energy required be higher if

inner surface to movement.

 

whereas the ring,

speed only limited by the power of the motor,

which may result to sudden burst of movements.

however the mechanism for sudden breaks

may wear down the machine quickly

if not properly thought of......

 

underwater, if outer shell plastic,

then piston inside, octopus-like movement.

depth however may need to be controlled by

submarine-like mechanism, water pressured in/out.

but said can also work with metal.....

someone thought of using it like jellyfish?

maybe above setup could work but i think

there are more efficient way to go about these depths

unless aiming to explore absolute bottom depths of the ocean.....

i don't know.

 

i have no idea what is going on out there.

i just hope people don't mislead on the relays.

but resource depletes fast and i am unwell.
