if you see a circular mirror,

there are designs in which they are held

to its two sides at its very edges.

 

what if the base of that two frame rotates

in a circle as well,

 

and for the ring that is held by the frame,

obviously it is fixed in its position,

but. second ring a layer below it, need not be.

 

creating all directional 'force' to move the sphere.

 

and if the sphere, under the ocean floor

is a dodecaheron (?) or something like that,

may help incrementally move forth.

 

maybe similar concept in different situation

can be used in other planets who knows.
