way i see it,

 

there was more than once, signs of corruption with the authorities

in dealing with these people who were attacking.

 

it is only by what becomes OBVIOUS in plain sight,

that they have no choice to look over things again.

 

but even without my demand,

 

it should be addressed.

 

 

but it is obvious to me,

 

the authorities themselves, and this depends on which type of authority

and from where,

 

were antagonizing me at some point.

 

*allowing these attackers harm. taking away my rights.

 

 

 

what is clear is now -

 

these people. who attacks me in repeat.

 

they need to be addressed.

 

and your own deliberate neglection in addressing them as well.
