Last time I spoke to Jacky was 1 month ago.

Oct 21st.

 

She was to arrange time and date....

 

 

for the tax return forms (pick up),

but i think i went there

and spoke to Jackie (after the email)

to ask if they can simply send the forms

to the ST building and I pick up?

can't remember.

For whatever reason, you are not communicating...

 

For 1 month, there is no response/follow-up so....

 

 

possibly because you are observing the situation

and i was sick who knows....

 

 

I will have to ask Jessica for help....
