Many cases like these happen at the shelter,

but most are probably let go due to lack of evidence.

 

I believe in this case, circumstancial evidence,

and what was admitted by events, are very clear.

 

I have also sent a letter to Milena, so you can see

it was a progress, something that was building up.

 

I may not have assessed the situation correctly

at the time, but it later became evident that

Douglas was indeed at the center of it all.

 

So I don't know whether punishment is given or not.

 

It is clear to me that harassment was present,

and violence in different forms were there.

 

If to dismiss the outcome of any injury as i've

accepted the fight (in my reasoning, to dismantle,

to protect myself from further harm, as in threatened

of stabbing by someone he would refer)

 

it is true i tried to direct it toward a more

peaceful solution, and to dismantle it. (see my

writing previous) which was dismissed by his anger.

 

I didn't want to fight. I wasn't in it.

 

Please understand his character, and what his values are.

 

If he contradicts himself, you will know that it is a

mislead.
