All others, within his juridiction, locally, as an authority,

he dismissed their actions of harm. It was allowed promotion,

in very harmful ways.

 

From the relays I am seeing it was simply a disobedience,

making it sound like it was his personal choice of

showing mercy on these people.

 

But no. The matter of fact is, this person was fully

aware of the harm that was being done, in all that duration,

despite my repeated asking for help ----

it was callously ignored in favor of them.

 

From my perspective, this person is criminal,

and if you will look at all the conflict that went on,

and to all that time,

the person's intent is absolutely clear.

 

Authorities cannot just dismiss it as simple

'choice' of mercy on these people.

 

He watched.

 

Did nothing.
