Time is 4:15am. Few hours ago, my roommate, John, passed away.

He came into the room, visibly drunk, leaning on my bed frame to gain balance.

He sat down on the floor shortly after. I moved myself to

another roommate's bed and sat there to move out of the way,

as he often stumbles and falls on me. I sat there and told him,

"Take your time." I believe this was the time I was writing

the 1 & 2. On the Ukraine radiation thing, and the file states 8:49pm,

so it must have been during those times. (I told the officer lady

10-11pm, but I miscalculated the time)

He sat there for few minutes, then used his hands to drag himself

sitting up, across the floor. Then he tried to rest on the floor

before getting up again, and his head was flat on the floor for a moment

so I gave him his pillow. He pulled his head up so I slid the pillow below his head.

Then gave him his blanket. I then went back to my bed.

He was on the floor for a very short time. A minute or two,

then he got up and was on his mattress. So I am thinking,

"oh good, he made it."

He often gets drunk so, I suspected he'd be better in few hours.

I could smell the alcohol sometimes.

He often had a picture of a lady by his bed. "In memory" or something like that,

so i'm guessing this was the picture of his wife.

Maybe he was grieving throughout the times he was here.

I didn't know him that well, we didn't have much to say to each other.

The 'conversation' we had, was I think yesterday.

He asked, "Hey buddy, can I use your internet for like 10 minutes."

To which I responded, "I don't have internet. I'm just moving files around."

and he said, "Oh, I have bank transfer I have to check."

Then I proceeded to telling him there is a corridor before the frontdesk he can go to,

there is a WIFI labeled "Guest1" he can log into and that is free internet in the building.

.....That was it.

I wish him rest and peace.
