Whatever Steve is doing, it's geared to manipulate the public.

First he attempted theft, defamation, with full hostility

do not forget this. Now he will cover up whatever his acts -

as if it were a joke or he had some other 'better' motive

for greater good. Do not buy this. It was because he was petrified

of what he's done he attempted convoluting his intent during all

this duration. In repeat. There was nothing but deception and

offense/hostility while he was in the house to the moment he got out.

He should be charged for what he did initially and following.

 

For the witnesses, please mention how serious it was in the beginning.

No reasons will substitute his actions.
