In fact, it would be a good idea for Mr Musk to send someone toward the shelter to negotiate. This person must not be misled with information, foul play. The sole purpose of this person will be to give me details on how to receive the rewards.

This person will give me the travel, living, operation expenses necessary to do this.

This person, or someone else, will be on charge of communication with me until I can hire someone who can do so for me.

My personal choice is that I will not enter USA to meet Mr Musk and have a tour or something like that of his facility. My emotions, truth be told, is one that of anger. But not of hostility.
I do not wish harm on Mr Musk, at the same time, I feel the absolute need to avoid him.

My wish is that I receive the rewards.

This person, may choose to speak about the channel, or not. If it is legally binding to this person, he/she may simply not speak about it, and proceed with the instructions on transference of rewards.

Whether I am allowed contact and how, toward the government of U.K, how I will be directed then, that is a separate issue. But until that time I can be, I will go through the natural process of immigration.
