so there is what the shelter should judge,

(within the shelter)

 

and then there is what the authorities should judge

(what happened outside the shelter)

 

both of which was pursuit, passive-aggressiveness

(by speaking to his peers and having them affect me)

 

then when I tried expressing what I experienced,

this was met with violence.

 

it's your decisions in the end,

 

but from rules of conduct written in the shelter,

it should've been unacceptable.

 

as for what happened outside,

again, after what i've suggested,

and knowing what i'm wearing,

that too was absolutely unacceptable behavior.

 

and remember that all this happened after reconciliation.
