Therefore, if he decides to use any of my ideas,

the rewards must be given NOW.

 

Otherwise forfeit its usage.

and for whatever he did, the abuse, the harassment,

the misleads he's made here online,

 

that is up to the authorities.

 

I don't really care what the punishment is,
