if the shelter sees no danger-

despite previous harassment/threat by

one of his friends, followed by this....

and all the behavioral issues.

 

well, i've no say. it's their rules.

 

but the law, judging specfically

the attacks. despite my suggestion

of 'shot for shot' ignored in anger.

my attire wasn't ready for tackle -

and my skin, on the toe proves that

fact- following the pummeling on

the nose, after taking the person down.

cornering.

 

doesn't that count.

 

 

 

shot for shot would've clearly

shown each other's capability

without danger.

it's the random unpredictability

(tackling) that subjugates

the person's movements.

restricted, and using this

situation to attack in repeat.

that isn't fair or correct in that

situation.

was i able to land a single good blow. no.

(didn't actually want to in that situation either,

only drives up anger, it can get serious)

shot for shot would've been simple

that way. no garbage in-between.

no surprise attacks.

attire don't matter that much,

no balance would be affected.

and what is more, controlled.

so no one actually gets hurt.

but those were pure anger driven,

driven to harm --- type of attacks.
