thinking about the escalator now...

if the inner skeleton system

could be used as tracks to send up

smaller drones....

 

instead a train located outside

of the escalator....

 

which will be affected by the elements.

wind/water/temperature, etc.

 

or depending on the size

of the cubes... these drones/compartments,

large.

 

inner-inter-network of transport system.

 

so one would be creating a giant tunnel

instead. a bee hive.

 

outside tracks can be used,

but to specifically transport

machines/rockets/spaceships

 

instead launch by using chemicals.

 

people would be safer using the

inner network of transport system.

 

best to aim zero gravity manufacturing

materials with the outside tracks...

 

interlocking cubes as courtyard, (1)

each these cubes holding laser sintering 3D printer (2)

and the metal powder necessary to build shell of the ships (3)

inner components and machinery (4)

 

if the compartments carrying people goes up

like an elevator,

these compartments should be self-contained/

sustainable by itself. oxygen, food, hydration.

and as it goes up,

it can choose to go sideways as well,

or be supported by its sides for mechanical lock-in-place.

for safety.

 

each compartment would be much like a rocket in this sense...
