To see him dismissed or simply charged of

criminal negligence.

And lack of communication in the moments

But he certainly was observing since the first

and therefore he was certainly encouraging Adam's actions.

and choices of which action to carry on next,

or exchanges of files.

 

That certainly would not fall under simple criminal

negligence. But involvement in harassment, abuse.

 

I would like to ask the authorities to fairly

observe this interaction.

 

They were friends from high school, and their

moral values may be similar.

 

Whereas Mark has complimented my work before,

there were many moments I have read,

he was in support of Adam's actions.

 

That is, he was in support of the illegal methods

of investigation by hacking.

 

And enjoying the process of monitoring. Even now.

 

Mark, you need to admit to this.

 

I don't know how far your involvement with Adam goes.

But you need to release the chat in which you and Adam

held together.

 

Whether you believe this is abuse or not,

you state your defense.

 

From my perspective, it simply was.

 

And I believe you have in your heart to antagonize me still.

Unable to recognize Adam, and your mistakes.

 

Neglection to report is one thing.

But encouragement, and involvement is another.
