On Dan's relay, on a tenant asking for a lower rent

or else stop paying. If that is about me, no such thing happened.

 

In fact, the rent was 450. But the owner suddenly said 500

when he came back, of which I cmplained to Paul (the maintenance guy)

but if to stay, I had to move to the other room by the laundry machine

which is noisy. So I OPTED to pay 500 for this same room

with the window, as it was raised. Accepted it.

 

Until one day, he simply gave me 3 months notice to move out because he wanted to

rent out the basement. (Which is the reason he gave)

Of which just after, breaching privacy and hostility became prominent as you know.

Not recently however.

 

So. If he's making something up. Sorry, it wasn't by my choice i'm moving out.

Though I would have liked to for obvious reasons.
