Issue in many cases,

is that some people feel they have this 'authority' over another person.

By age or status or otherwise.

They completely neglect the care of this person's opinions or feelings,

they do whatever they want, they believe they are the answer,

and think that is okay.

Maintenance here at the shelter for instance,

"do you want to go out the door?"

when I was saying he seems to be contradicting himself,

I say so jokingly as he's not taking my question on my roommate

all that serious either. "is he dangerous" I asked.

when i ask him for his name, so i need to talk to the supervisor,

as this is indeed, oppressive language ----

he gets out of the seat so his name tag won't be seen from distance,

and walks around with his tag flipped after this. xD

saying "there's something wrong with you in the head."

a man in his 60-70's.

yeah drive me and what response are you expecting?

similar case with Gary, but he calculated the outcome of harm I believe.

Situation would be clear, though he may have masked it for other reasons.

think about the context of what I said, the nature of insecurity

and why he decides to reveal that in the PUBLIC, when i can't see.

if this has happened. please charge this person.
